Relationship to the SaaS agreement

These Website Terms apply only to the marketing website and demo requests. They do not create a right to use the JobRhino application. Access to and use of the application is governed exclusively by the separate SaaS subscription agreement and data-processing terms.

Demo requests

Information you submit through the demo-request process must be accurate and your own to provide. We use it to respond to your request and coordinate a demo, as described in our Privacy Policy. A requested date or time is a preference, not a confirmed appointment. Submitting a request does not create any ongoing obligation on either party.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit false information or another person’s information without authorization.
• Do not use the website for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

Intellectual property

The JobRhino name, the JobRhino™ mark, the website content, and its design are owned by JobRhino or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. JobRhino™ is used prior to federal registration.

Website descriptions of JobRhino capabilities are provided for general information. JobRhino does not certify mitigation designs or guarantee code or regulatory compliance outcomes. Specific functionality is governed by the SaaS subscription agreement.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to or rely on third-party hosting, security, analytics, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms.
